Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qualica (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Qualica is an AI-powered manufacturing procurement platform that provides design-for-manufacturability analysis, cost estimation, supplier discovery, RFQ management, and quality tracking. The Service includes AI agents that can perform procurement tasks with varying levels of autonomy as configured by you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your CAD files, designs, and data uploaded to Qualica. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Qualica platform, technology, and branding.

7. AI Agent Actions

AI procurement agents act based on your configured autonomy levels. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken by AI agents on your behalf. Qualica is not liable for procurement decisions made by AI agents that you have authorized to act autonomously.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qualica provides DFM analysis and cost estimates as decision-support tools. We do not guarantee the accuracy of manufacturability assessments, cost estimates, or supplier recommendations. You are responsible for final manufacturing and procurement decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may export it. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
